A Note from the Founder
This program was built on a foundation of experience, mentorship, and a relentless pursuit of growth.
Whether you know me from my time leading Team Elite Track Club, 702 Elite Girls, or my current role as the Head Football Coach at Democracy Prep, my promise to you is simple: I will guide your athlete with the same intensity, care, and dedication as I would my own.
I take immense pride in the craft of coaching. To the parents who have chosen to trust me with their athlete’s development: thank you. I am selective about the coaches who stand with our family because I know that what we provide—the character, the discipline, and the heart—is something that will stay with your athlete for a lifetime.

brings a unique blend of operational expertise, youth mentorship, and public safety experience. Currently serving as the Head Varsity Football Coach at Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (DPAC NV), as well as leading the Xtreme Speed Track Club, Team Elite Track Club, 702 Eilte Girls Flag Football and the founder of Shiesty Crew 7v7 & Flag Football Program, Coach V has a proven track record of driving performance and mentorship in youth-centered environments.

I began coaching in 2013 and have been passionate about helping young athletes develop both their skills and confidence ever since. I currently coach boys youth flag football for ages 7–14, as well as high school girls flag football. My coaching philosophy centers on building a strong foundation through fundamentals while creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment where every athlete feels encouraged to learn and grow. I believe every player has the potential to improve, and I take pride in helping each athlete build confidence, develop a love for the game, and become the best version of themselves—both on and off the field.
